2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have experience in almost every gang and organization in the city. I have served as Deputy in many gangs, which helped me gain strong leadership skills, especially when the leader is offline. I learned how to manage people, take responsibility, and handle difficult situations. I also have a solid and loyal friend group who will support me and serve as my Deputies.
If I become the leader, my main goal is to make Marabunta Grande a well-known, respected, and feared organization in Los Santos. I will keep the ghetto as active as possible, establish strong dominance in our territory, and make our name heard across the city. I will organize frequent activities such as FZ raids, store robberies, hostage situations, and turf wars. I will use a bonus system to keep members motivated and always prioritize high-quality RP.
I am not perfect. I have made mistakes in the past, but I learned from every single one of them. Those mistakes taught me the rules deeply, improved my discipline, and made me a more mature player. A person who never fails only knows the rules, but a person who learns from failure understands their true value.

3.1) I will choose capable deputies who can support leadership effectively.
3.2) I will keep the gang highly active and handle situations without punishments.
3.3) I will aim to complete the term without warnings and maintain strong turf control.
3.4) I will provide bonuses for every event to keep members motivated.
3.5) I will ensure strong teamwork and coordination in gang activities.
3.6) I will respect all members and prevent abuse of power so everyone feels valued.
