Hello Admin,

I am writing to appeal my recent ban, which I understand was issued due to suspected use of bots or other unfair advantages. I would like to respectfully clarify that I have not used any bots, hacks, or third-party tools.

I believe this may have been a misunderstanding. At the time, I had my headphones off to the side and was intermittently pressing the “E” key while also looking at my phone. As a result, I did not notice that you were trying to contact me. By the time I realized what was happening, I had already been banned.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by my actions. I understand how this situation may have appeared and take full responsibility for not being attentive.

I am more than willing to cooperate fully, including undergoing a PC check, to demonstrate that I was not using any unauthorized tools or software.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope you can review my case and understand my situation.
