I am writing this appeal regarding my ban for "Cheats (PC Check)". My account (ID: 14015) was recently compromised, and I have just successfully recovered it through the technical support department. You can verify this from my previous forum complaint where I reported my account as stolen.
Unfortunately, during the time my account was not in my possession, the person who stole it was apparently called for a PC Check and failed/had cheats. Since I did not have access to my account on March 22, 2026
, I was not the person using the account during this violation.
I have now fully secured my. I kindly request you to check the login logs and IP history to see that the unauthorized access was from a different location. I would like to continue playing on Server 2 on my original account.
