I recently got PC checked. Ronan, Frost, and Markus took access to my PC and asked me to open my personal files and videos. I refused because those were private files and I did not give consent to open them. Despite that, they kept putting pressure on me and told me that if I did not open the video, I would be banned.
This is a breach of my privacy. No one has the right to force me to open my personal files. They were threatening me with a ban just to make me open private content, which is not fair and not right.
According to the laws in my country, forcing someone to show private data, accessing personal files without consent, and putting pressure or threats to access personal data can fall under privacy violation and unauthorized access related sections such as:
Section 43 – Unauthorized access and data theft
Section 66 – Hacking / Unauthorized access with malicious intent
Section 66C – Identity Theft
Section 66E – Violation of Privacy
I have already talked with a lawyer about this situation, and I was advised that no one can force me to open private personal files or data without my permission. If this issue is not handled properly, I may have to report this matter to the cyber crime authorities in my country.
I am not refusing PC check, but I will not open private personal files, videos, emails, bank details, IDs, or any personal data. My concern is my privacy and personal information safety.
I request you to please investigate this matter properly and take action. I want a fair review of my ban and this whole situation.
