"I am filing this complaint because Admin Carlos made a serious error in reviewing thread #1303867.

Wrongful GR 3.2: In the video, the player recording (ID 41041) clearly says 'motherf***er' at 01:11. This is a direct violation of GR 3.2. However, Carlos punished ME (ID 148613) for GR 3.2 and only gave him a 'Provoking' charge. I am the victim of the parental insult, not the perpetrator.

Language Violation: The ban reason provided on my screen is NOT in English. As an EN3 admin, Carlos must provide reasons in English.

I request a Senior Admin to re-watch the video (01:10-01:20), lift my ban, and give the GR 3.2 punishment to the correct person (ID 41041)."
