The player appears at 0:09 in the first video I provided. At 0:57, he says "hello". From that point until 2:05, he repeatedly sends exchange offers (5-6 times) at random intervals and keeps talking, but I cannot understand what he is saying.
I leave the area at 2:22. While I am walking toward my vehicle until 2:45, he continues to harass me in a Non-RP manner. As I am driving towards my house, he attempts to shoot at me.
At 2:51, I exit the Red Zone boundary and stop approximately 15 meters outside of it. He approaches me and attempts to kill me regardless of the fact that I am outside the Red Zone.
I kindly request that the necessary sanctions be applied to this player for these rule violations.
