Hey! I'm confused on why "audio" is required. Mulitple reports of mine in the past has been accepted without audio including the fact that this rule breakage is only Car Ramming. Why do you guys need to hear the audio? It's a 1 minute long and in the rule of complaint, it doesn't state that we're required to have audio when reporting a specific person.
