I was banned today due to alleged cheating on DE4. However, I have never committed such an offense. My account was stolen back in 2022/2023, and at that time I was not even aware that any bans had been issued before I stopped playing. I only discovered all of these bans about half a year ago when I returned to Grand.

Since returning, I have been playing on DE1 and DE2. On DE1, I have already undergone several PC checks, and the same applies to DE2. All of these checks have consistently been negative, confirming that I have not used any cheats.

I kindly ask for your help in resolving this situation, as I simply wanted to play normally on EN3. At the moment, I have no real alternative except DE2, since I now appear to be banned on every server without having broken any rules myself.
