+I want to Improve city roleplay and protect Civilians.
+I want to become National Guard leader because I have strong leadership skills and can handle responsibility. I can manage teams, make quick decisions, and keep everything organized during operations.
+I want to maintain peace and make the service quicker for the people and i want to protect the highway such as san andreas and loa santos from high criminals and fort zen..
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
+Strict RP Rules Enforcement
+Organized Operations & Events
+Clear Communication & Chain of Command and hard working officers
If I become the leader, these will be my departments
HR: They will recruit new members for the organization, but they will be selective. They will provide training and will be personally supervised by me. They always be active. They will be the most important department of my organization.( Human Resource )
PS: Patrol Security : these will round the NG base by cars and gonna alert about situations . They will have shifts on each side and some gonna lead the gates entraces.
ES : Event support : these will lead events behind High commands . They will lead operations like Fz and they will be our big gang support they gonna take heavy guns machinerys.
IATD : Internal Affairs Training Department . They gonna lead officers behaviors and gonna inform High commands about them. They are going to also train newbies and gonna take care of departments professionalism .
