I took a break from the game months ago, i haven't even logged into the game for months, but when I wanted to re-enter today, I saw that my character was banned. When I was playing the game, my wife and I were entering our own different characters from the same computer, that's why we both got banned. I have not had any illegal activities related to the game until today, so I request that my ban be removed. I will be very happy if u unban for both ID’s. Thanks for your time.
