Bro take 1min next time to check the GERNERAL RULES!!!
1: There was no RDM in that situation, since they demandet you.
2: you are right with 3.1. That was a rulebrake and he should get punished for that.
3: They didn't said anythink about your familiy! all what he sed was: " you are pepole, who get fucked". the word "عيال" means in that contecs pepole and not familys. If he was saying anything about your family, then he would say: "دنتو عيالكم بتتناك" = "your familys get fucked"

It was more you who didnt care about his life and who was talking on discord.
I would read the server rules next time and the write a forum.
