2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans : i have many experience in state orgs like SAHP i was ex sheriff and there i learned how management is done i was having very good realations with other orgs and i ran the most active and best term i had a very good team and i protected sandy shores and highways the way it should be.I always dreamed of becoming General and helping orgs with candies and protecting the NG base.
2. In my time as a Sheriff i saw that NG leader never make it active no candies and NG was very inactive they were just there for power. If i get the term of NG i will make it the most active and best because i have a full team ready and i will chose the best deputies so they can manage in my absence.I will also focus on MP department because if its active there will be no crime activites in NG base.
3. The last reason i want NG is because of its beautiful NG base we have our own fuel station and a very big and beautiful base which we can patrol.i will make my PR handlers do daily PR event so citizens are attracted towards NG and with my team support i will end it with 0 warns and 0 verbals.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Friendly environment
2. No toxicity
3. High bonus to my team so they dont get offended
4. will make sure north and south gates are always covere
5. No favouriteism or Nepotism
6. Best deputies to handle in my absence
7. Daily PR events to attract citizens.
