2.1 Being a leader also means taking responsibility, making difficult decisions, but also being a real role model that attracts me because it enables positive changes and long term impacts to be made. The most important thing about a Leader is the ability to be special. A leader who is honest and has his own views creates trust among his team. To be a successful leader of the Army, you need vision, empathy, the ability to motivate and inspire, strategic thinking and the most important communication skills. I believe that I possess all these skills as well as long term experience in all state organizations.

2.2 "Vision is the tool through which the Leader takes decisions." I have very strong feelings about the changes that need to take place in this organization. I will form a team who will help me in decision making in an effective way. Making decisions is one of my organizational roles but I can never ignore others' feedbacks

2.3 empathy is one such skill that does not come easily to everybody. Hence, some people face difficulty when trying to effectively lead their organization or teams. Empathy will be needed if I want to implement my visions effectively and for my benefit. As a leader, I should connect with my people in order to make them give their all efforts for the betterment of the entire organization. Every person has needs and demands. As a great leader, therefore, I should act side by side with my people in order to satisfy as many of these needs as I can.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Every day, i would give out bonuses to active members, thereby motivating them to work harder and make an effort. It would also give bonuses for the gates, every hour of standing at the gate would be rewarded with an amount of money.

3.2 Firstly i will appoint a District Attorney who will teach every soldier about the law, LEO ethics and encourage them to arrest most people as possible

3.3 Training Drills and Sessions will be held daily from our HR team so that every soldier knows what to do and what not do

3.4 Promotion will be given based on performances and hard work rather than favouritism so that they would be motivated to do RP

3.5 I noticed NG garage has many vehicles but people only use same type of vehicles everytime so we would try to use every vehicle possible and encourage more RP with those


3.6 Deputies and HighCommands As well as me will give interviews to LI whenever it is needed so that they can make news about what is going on in the city
