Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization,
1. I want to be leader of Bunta because I have a lot of experience in crime orgs as a deputy, and I haven't yet gotten the chance to be a leader, so I want to gain this experience as well. I have many trusted friends to help me run the gang and make sure we have max spray profits and control the ghetto. As a Unofficial family leader, I have gained lots of experience with making sure events are ran correctly and everyone is working together as a team. It seems like Marabunta has been struggling with activity lately, so I want to change that and dominate the ghetto and events. I want to have a chance to start a turf team and see where it leads my first time around. I think we will have a strong first team and will be powerful and active the throughout 30 days in my term .
2. I have gained a lot of experience in gangs and on the streets, and I want to pass this experience on to my friends. Organizations should make everyone feel welcome and close so that they can work better. A leader should be someone who is committed and dedicated to helping their members out and pushing them to be the best. The people of the ghetto know me. The most loyal members of the Marabunta Grande gang would follow me in my footsteps.

The last and most important reason on why I would like to become the leader of Marabunta Grande, as with the right people who have good experiences with events will help boost the event attendance as we will always be winning them . This would all add up to a great term. The deputies i will choose will have a positive attitude and will be willing to help out any new members or any returning members who have any questions, the deputies will also be put through a mini test i will make so that they will know every part of gang rules very thoroughly so that they will not get in trouble, and this will help as the gang not receive and warnings throughout my term
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:,
2.1 One thing I plan on bringing is a stricter punishment system as I have, previously seen a lot of people get away with so much because there is no discipline within the gangs, I plan to change that. We will demote if we see people kill each other, if people are toxic and could even lead to a blacklist depending on how bad it gets or if its consistent trolling. Everything will be fair and everyone will punish the same no matter the rank.
2.2 Another important aspect is I think that everything is ran on respect espically gangs, I would make sure everyone is nice to one another and showing respect to each other as its not worth being rude or toxic based on there personalities or who they are as a person. Not having any respect will lead to the downful of the gang and then people will retaliate and start beefing with each other because there is no respect and I've personally seen it, with many people retaliating with one another because of little arguments which then escalated and then the leaders who dont know what there doing will just let this happen within their gang. I will make sure that respect is maintained throughout my 30 day term and anyone who will challenge this will be punished as i do not want anyone who disrespects their own gang members

I also plan to implement an improved training system to better support newer members who may not have prior gang experience, as simply reading the rules is not always enough. Designated members will be responsible for helping train and guide new recruits who need additional support.
There will be no favoritism within the gang, and a fair ranking system will be maintained. I will ensure that all members follow the rules, and anyone who breaks them will face fair and consistent consequences. My goal is to create an environment where everyone enjoys participating in events and feels respected and treated well.
