2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) As a result of my involvement in various organizations, I have learned a lot about making role play interesting and productive. While being a member of Bloods Term, we managed to create interesting scenarios; nevertheless, sometimes we faced no response from the side of the Law Enforcement. As a consequence, it became clear to me that discipline and quick reaction are essential to achieve high-quality role play. Being in SAHP, despite having no chance to get all the experience that I had been expecting, I understood some weak points of role playing within law enforcement.
2) As I moved towards more structured places, my outlook changed. I started paying attention to operations, coordination among different units, and role playing scenarios at a grand scale. It came to my mind that things such as strategy, intelligence, and teamwork are generally considered less important but are vital for any operation to be successful. This is why I decided to work towards developing such a system.
3) To be an effective leader, I would like to join NG since I know that improvement is only possible when there is full responsibility and power. Although gaining experience in leadership will give me some kind of influence, it will not be sufficient for implementing large-scale changes in any organization. In the course of my work within NG, I intend to improve everything from tactics to cooperation during deployment, from teamwork to discipline and proper uniform, and from internal structure to anything else.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
-Moreover, I will improve the role-play operations of the National Guard through incorporating intelligence gathering and military coordination in the everyday operations. This will guarantee that the important data regarding threats, organized movements, and dangerous situations are efficiently gathered and applied during missions.
- To begin with, I will make some changes in the recruiting process such that only disciplined, competent, and knowledgeable people join the National Guard. On the other hand, I will develop some training programs, which are aimed at improving military operations, communication, and coordination.
- First of all, some changes will be made during the process of recruiting so that only skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable persons can become part of the National Guard. Secondly, some training programs will be introduced with the intention to improve military operations and coordination.
- The discipline of the National Guard can be improved by imposing a high level of discipline on the troops regarding uniforms, operation protocol, and coordination, irrespective of the scale of deployment.
- Discipline among the ranks of the National Guard can be enforced through the imposition of strict discipline within the troops concerning uniformity and operation, regardless of the number of forces involved.
