I submitted a form against a player for violating rule GZ 1.1. However, after two days, the admin rejected it with the reason: "we are not here to listen to music."
I believe this is not a valid justification. The player clearly committed a violation and should be punished accordingly. The presence of music does not change the fact that the rule break is visible.
It would have been acceptable if the admin simply rejected the form without such a response. However, the given reply felt unprofessional and honestly a bit provocative, especially coming from an admin.
Listening to music is something normal that many players do, including myself, and it does not justify ignoring a clear violation.
For this reason, I am submitting this complaint and asking you to review the case properly and provide a fair and correct decision.
Thank you for your time and understand
