During the Negotiations, Ballas Killed the Hostage and started shooting all LEOS`s [ 02:37 mark in my POV ]
Hostage was also in ballas before the Store Robbery, He left ballas to be hostage

Ballas did not commit Fail RP; they issued two warnings, attempted to maintain proper negotiation, and reacted only after FIB repeatedly disrupted the scenario with unprofessional and inappropriate behavior, making the reaction justified.

FIB however, committed Fail RP, Metagaming, and inappropriate conduct, disrupting a hostage negotiation.

• Fail RP: Acting unprofessional/unserious in a hostage situation (trolling, inappropriate dialogue, etc)
• Metagaming: Identifying a masked player by name with no IC justification
• Inappropriate / Sexual Conduct: “You’re used to it” and related comments during RP

ID 142307 will receive a punishment for Fail RP and Metagaming​
