I spent a very long time not playing on my main account (46937) and was playing on my other account (60715). Suddenly, I saw my current account playing the same game as me. I tried to log out of my second account and log back in to my first one, but I was surprised to find that the email was incorrect. I checked it several times, but the same thing happened.
Yesterday, while playing on my secondary account (60715), I was surprised to find my main account standing right next to me. I attempted to log in to the account, but the login failed. I then tried to change the password, but the same issue persisted. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the email address associated with my main account (46937) had been changed. and after some time i see my main accont in game and
Subsequently, I submitted a support ticket explaining the issue. The response I received stated that—while my in-game account was indeed active—it was currently being accessed from a different location. I was actively playing on my account (ID: 60715) when I was shocked to discover that the individual who had stolen it had changed the associated email address, password, and character name—renaming the character to "Gute Kese." Furthermore, they activated a strange exploit which resulted in the account being banned; to my dismay, I found that I had incurred a penalty—specifically, a Social Club ban.
