Hi, as you can see in the picture, I got banned because of multi account. I'm writing multi account in the title because that's what it says on the ban screen. I don't know why I got banned, I haven't even played the game for months. My friends told me my character got banned. While playing the game months ago, sometimes my wife and I used to log in with different characters on the same computer and play the game. I guess that's why we both got banned. I apologize to you guys, I didn't know it was forbidden and something like this will never happen again.
