As you can see in the recorded POV, this guy saw I was doing the stranger's quest and started annoying me, kept on ramming car into me and made me lose health as well, I could not record from the beginning but he struck me hard like from a distance building the pace to hit me and kill me. The only time he stopped when he was found out by an FIB officer doing such activity of nuisance.
