Approved VDM | 89662

Just had a caravan hijacked, went to patch my buddy, and 89662 comes in flying. VDM is never allowed, right? And as a police officer, too, just killing a civilian and leaving them, lol. There is also plenty of room to dodge around. Low IDs should know a little better, too.

VDM occurs at 0:11 of the bodycam footage.
