No reason at all just killing everyone they see they have been doing this for so long they only get demorgan and they back at it again or make new accounts

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 38380 will receive punishment for RDM because he started shooting first without reason
however,
ID 18475 also will be punished for PG (Punching opponent during a gunfight is considered as an act of Powergaming)
