I ran outside the red zone, and that guy kept shooting at me. No demands were given, and he kept following me.
I don’t know if this follows the correct rules or not please help.
GR 6.15 When outside the ghetto, you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, you must issue demands, and if they do not comply within 5 seconds, you can shoot. | WARN
