He was stealing my car from greenzone and proceeded to engine blocked me in an unscripted greenzone (apartment complex) with no demands given while im trying to get into the garage but the admin forgot to punish him for illegal actions in a greenzone (Fail RP/No Demands). His ID is: 486905. Requesting that he receives punishment as the rules apply to all including original thread poster, thank you.

You can also hear near the end of the clip he says "I'm here to steal your car" but he didnt even press on the Microphone key or activate mic so he didn't issue anyone demands, he was talking in his own head.

I am aware he did not speak in game, but he is not required to speak and give demands during car theft. He can simply kill you. I also asked a Senior admin, and was told this does not count as GZ or UGZ. Regardless, you left the game mid RP.

Yes I did and im not arguing about my punishment that is fine but this garage is apart of the apartment and this is where your car spawns when you leave the garage.

I asked admin in game and he said demands need to be given before engine blocking for any reason in the city, same way cops cant engine block you without giving demands first. Two wrongs dont make a right.
