Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been playing on Grand RP for some time now and I understand most of the rules and how things work here. I enjoy RP but I also like helping players more. Many times I see people confused or breaking rules and no one is there at that moment, so I want to help in those situations.
I am active almost daily for long hours so I know what is going on in server most of the time. I feel like I can take responsibility and help keep things fair for everyone.
What are your strengths?
I am calm person and I don’t get angry fast. I try to listen both sides before saying anything. I am active and consistent, and I follow rules properly. I also try to help players whenever I can.
What are your weaknesses?
My English is not very perfect but I am improving it. Sometimes I spend too much time helping one person and it can slow other things, but I am trying to fix this.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I understand server rules and gameplay well. I can handle reports, help new players, and deal with situations without taking sides. I am responsible and ready to learn more from senior admins.
