Sir, I understand the complaint against me and I have reviewed the proof. I want to sincerely explain that this was an unintentional mistake. As you can see, all the items were listed in pairs of 2 only one item was mistakenly listed as a single piece, which happened right after the server restart. I genuinely didn’t notice it at the time. If you check my records, I have never been involved in any kind of scam or unfair activity. This was purely a human error, and even the buyer didn’t notice it at the time of purchase, which shows it wasn’t done intentionally,This can be happend by any human. But he launched complaint as scam, I have try to reach admins to chech his pov he also didnt see that so i also miss that it was single item. Each pair of lottery tickets is worth 550k, so there was no reason for me to try anything unfair for a single item. I truly respect the server rules and community.

I kindly request you to please review my case and lift the ban. I am fully willing to compensate the player or pay any fine required for this mistake. Its was a purely a human error by myself,
