Sir, I fully understand the complaint filed against me and I have carefully reviewed the provided proof. I would like to sincerely explain that this situation was completely unintentional.
As visible in the evidence, all items were listed in pairs of 2. Only one item was mistakenly listed as a single piece. This happened right after a server restart, and I genuinely did not notice it at the time. This was purely a human error, not an intentional act.
If you review my history, I have never been involved in any scam or unfair activity. My record has always been clean. Additionally, even the buyer did not notice that the item was a single piece at the time of purchase, which further shows that there was no deliberate attempt to mislead.
Each pair of lottery tickets is worth 550k, so there was absolutely no reason for me to risk my account or reputation for a single item. I respect the server rules and the community, and I would never intentionally break them.
I also tried to contact the admins to review both perspectives, as this mistake could happen to anyone. Unfortunately, it was misunderstood as a scam.
I kindly request you to please review my case again and reconsider the ban. I am fully willing to compensate the player or pay any fine required for this mistake.
