hello, these FIB guys pulled up to the capital at 10.14min. they told me they have drugs on them, and in their car, and if i want to buy some. i then try to detain them, but hes buddy (163100) does failrp and removes his handcuffs. also the whole roleplay scenario was so freaking and stupid that it ruined everyones fun. 163100 also breaks roleplay by answering to my /ooc message ingame (about my scarf), hes screaming at me saying i am wearing a scarf when i am not, and threatening to call IA on me, I would say this also qualifies for another failrp.
