I am appealing the punishment for Mixing. The admin stated the situation should have been handled via a lawyer/subpoena. I want to clarify that this was handled entirely In-Character (IC).
My commanders held a formal meeting with the FIB leadership on the official Government Discord (approved for IC state use) to resolve the conflict. Since the matter was settled through the chain of command in a designated IC channel, no OOC mixing occurred. I request that the punishment be reviewed as this was a legitimate IC resolution.
