2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Personal experience within Bloods gang and knowledge about gang structure
With my membership and deputy position within Bloods, I got extensive experience in how things work in the gang from the inside perspective. My involvement in management of members, activities organization, and internal issues has let me see clearly the strengths and weaknesses of our group. Due to my experience in Bloods, I can be sure of my ability to manage the gang efficiently and address the problems that prevent us from functioning at our best.
2) Enhancing gang activities and its dominant position in the streets
Another key priority for me would be to bring our gang back to the top and become an active and powerful participant of our criminal life. Thus, I intend to organize daily activities of Bloods including wars of turf, robberies, making alliances and dealing with rival gangs. In contrast to chaotic activities, I will try to organize everything in the form of role play, making our gang known for power and coordination among others.
3) Good leadership, discipline, and loyalty
Without discipline and loyalty, a gang cannot survive. As someone who has been a Deputy previously, I possess the qualities that will enable me to lead the gang members. I will be able to instill discipline, encourage members with good behavior, reward them, and get rid of those who are causing problems within the gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Create scenario involving structure for the gangs
It will involve planned events like hostage situations, drug runs, and gang meetings. This would add up to the realistic feel of RP and make the game more fun for all the players.
Better communications and hierarchy
It will be created where all people know about it. Improvement in the communication of high rank and low rank members will be observed.
More participation and regularity
Events and obligations will be arranged so that people remain interested in participating in them. Inactive members will be replaced by motivated members to maintain an active gang at all times.
Recruit and train new members
Recruits will be introduced and made aware of all the activities related to the gang and RP.
Reputation and respect for Bloods
All our efforts will be directed toward gaining reputation through regular and consistent RP with quality.
