Hello,
Today, I was suddenly sent to jail in-game without any clear reason. I remained there for approximately 3 hours, and during that time I did not contact anyone or engage in any behavior that could be considered a rule violation.
After serving my sentence and being released, I continued playing normally. However, shortly after, I was banned again based on the same incident.
I believe it is unfair to receive both a jail punishment and then an additional ban for the same situation. This may be due to a misunderstanding or a system error.
I kindly request that my case be reviewed, and if there has been a mistake, I would appreciate having my ban lifted.
