2.1- I've been in this city for a long time, and since joining this gang, I've realized one thing—the leadership here has completely lost its luster. No direction, no fair rewards, no exciting programs, and only promotions for favorites. Everything that made this gang great is fading away. That's why I want to step up as a leader—to bring back the energy, fairness, and respect this family deserves. I'll show what true leadership means: how to inspire, reward, and guide members, both new and old, with pride. It's time to rebuild the legacy of Marabunta.
2.2- i grew up in a small family, and I know what it means to work together. For the past time, a lot of my friends have stood by me through everything—that kind of loyalty isn't common, and it can't be ruined. I want to mold that bond into a brotherhood the city respects. I don't want to form a gang that causes trouble, and I don't want to be a family that sticks to the old patterns. I want to lead: instill discipline, provide genuine opportunities for advancement, reward those who work hard, and protect those who trust us. It's about pride, order, and earning respect—not fear. 3.3)- Fair reward system — no favouritism
3.4)- Mandatory attendance for key events.
3.5)- Respect seniors & support new members.
3.6)- Buddy system for every recruit (training + guidance).
