i happened to see an rdm nearby and hoped to forum to report it for a smoother environment. Many newbies are getting bullied in this same manner. so i prepared the forum and got rejected once, but with a valid reason(short video duration, that was my bad). so i uploaded it again with proper longer video. now its being rejected saying i cannot report for other players? I have never heard that rule till this date. It would be appreciated if this could be reviewed again and take proper actions. Thank you kindly.

read rules of complain section
u can not make complain for 3rd part as u don't know was it rdm or some other situation as u've not been part of that process
