To the Administration of Grand RP EN01,
I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding a player who has committed repeated and deliberate violations of the server regulations.
Facts of the case:
The reported player sent multiple messages in OOC format containing explicit insults, abusive language, and degrading expressions, including but not limited to: "you are a whole ass pissy", "pussy", "answer the phone pussy", "bitch ass".
Legal qualification of violations:
The described actions constitute direct breaches of the Grand RP EN01 rules, namely:
— prohibition of insults toward players (including OOC communication)
— prohibition of toxic behavior
— prohibition of harassment (targeted and repeated abuse)
Aggravating circumstances:
— repeated and systematic nature of the violations
— intentional continuation of abusive behavior
— absence of any RP-related context
— clear indication of targeted harassment and pressure
Assessment:
The player’s conduct demonstrates a conscious disregard for the server rules and established standards of communication. The nature and frequency of the violations indicate intentional misconduct rather than incidental behavior.
Request for administrative action:
— to conduct a full review of chat logs and player activity
— to take into account the systematic nature of the offenses
— to apply the strictest disciplinary measures, including permanent account suspension without prior warning
— to ensure restriction of any further interaction from the reported player

Supporting screenshots of the conversation are attached and substantiate the claims outlined above.
I request that this report be reviewed with priority and resolved in accordance with the server’s disciplinary standards.
