Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally request a review of the permanent ban (GR1.1) imposed on my main account (ID: 98236). The ban was applied on 31 December 2024, shortly after I transitioned from using my laptop to a newly built custom PC. I believe this change in device may have unintentionally triggered your system and led to a misunderstanding.

I would also like to sincerely apologize for the delay in raising this request. Due to professional commitments and personal circumstances, including my marriage, I was unable to submit an appeal earlier.

In my previous support request, I understand that I was asked to provide SOCs; however, I am not familiar with this requirement and may not have submitted the correct information. Instead, I shared all the relevant details available to me, including my MAC address, network information, associated social ID (11Aragon11), and registered email address ([email protected]).

Additionally, I have noticed that my secondary account (ID: 128188) has been blocked under the reason of “Ban Evading.” I respectfully believe this action may be connected to the same issue and kindly request that it be reviewed as well.

I sincerely request your assistance in investigating this matter. If deemed appropriate, I would be grateful if access to at least one of my accounts could be restored. I am fully willing to comply with any necessary conditions, including the forfeiture of in-game assets or balances, if required.

Please let me know if any further information or documentation is needed from my side to facilitate your review.
