Please Read Everything I've Written Carefully And Take A Look At The Proofs I've İncluded Below. İt's Really İmportant. Because I never opening any Cheats.
14 days ago, I was banned from the server because my computer received an Error/BlackScreen during a PC Check I underwent via Light Moon, and I'm back here to honestly tell you about this incident!
That day, after logging into private 1, a short while later, it told me to press Windows, and two seconds after I pressed it, my screen went black, and I couldn't do anything, and it banned me.
At that time, my computer screen turned black, and I was helpless. If I had completed that PC check, I wouldn't have been banned from the server because I didn't do anything illegal. I want a re-check to prove this to you. I deserve it because I never disrespected an admin on this server, nor did I do anything bad to the server; I was earning money and participating in events without any problems.
Everything happened in an instant. Also, there's no reason for me to refuse the PC check; I'm not hiding anything from you. Why don't you want to believe me? And after being banned from the forum, I didn't even turn on my computer once because I thought that if you took me seriously, I would have another chance and could come back. The reason I'm opening this forum now, and the reason I'm protesting so much on these forums, is because I'm having a lot of fun and I'm happy playing this project. I have friends, I have a routine. I've told you many times that I didn't intentionally do anything wrong; this wasn't my fault. My computer screen suddenly turned black. I'm being very honest about this, and it's very upsetting that I wasn't given another chance despite providing so much evidence.
I'm desperate and there's nothing I can do. This happened because my computer just had an error, and I think there should be some compensation for this, and I care about this project.
This wasn't something I did intentionally, and when I asked the EN03 PC Checker admins for help, they just told me to open a forum. I had tried every chance I could !
After restarting my PC that day, I sent many messages to Malikaya and Light Moon via DM, but they didn't respond. This is unacceptable. I tried everything I could within 5 minutes, but it didn't work.
I think I deserve a second chance. Also, if I deleted a file from my PC, I think the pc check admins would know, and I still have hope of getting back. If you contact Light Moon, you can see that I did everything I could. I was desperate.
I really don't understand. I've been thinking for a week that there should be some compensation for this, and I'm asking the admins via DM. This is completely unlucky. Because my computer's components are low-level, I sometimes get a black screen. I was eating and I ate again that day. I want you to believe me, I don't want to lose my account.
Some admins said there's no need to worry and maybe they can re-check, and I opened a forum 15 minutes after the incident. If you look at the situation from that perspective, you'll understand that I didn't have bad intentions.
Please review it again because I believe I didn't do anything wrong and this incident is appealable. This was just a black screen error, it's not my fault.
