Rejected Ban For R-Word | Kayce Shakespeare

Hello,

I am writing to appeal my 3-day ban issued under rule GR 6.19.

I would like to point out a few important details regarding this situation:
-The evidence provided appears to rely on a recording where my voice cannot be heard. Due to my recording/settings in Medal, my microphone audio is not captured, meaning there is no clear proof that I said the alleged word.
-Because of this, the evidence does not definitively show that I violated rule GR 6.19.
-Additionally, based on my understanding of the rule, it specifies F-words and N-words, and I did not intentionally use any restricted language.

I fully respect the server rules and the administration team, and I always try to follow all guidelines while playing. I kindly ask that this case be reviewed, taking into account the lack of clear audio evidence.
I don't mean to spam or anything since I see I already got a warning for that reason. I just want to clear this up with the high administration because I believe the ban was issued incorrectly.

I have just realized that the link of the proof when the ban was issued doesn't work but the ban is visible at the end of the video that is attached.
