Look I'm new here, and this is my first post, cause I am extremely pissed off at this situation. And now I'm spending my Friday night having to do a report on this prick cop.
This happened just before the last server reset 23:00-24:00 server time.
Here is the POV video, here is the context while you watch. This was also during live stream and once he found that out he tried to be "by the book" while still committing crimes himself and completely ruining my experience. I'm sorry this is utter horseshit and needs to be reversed.
I went into the hospital to try and get hired into the organization. After finding out it was $300k I decided to pass on joining. This cop then follows me outside, arrests me, tased me, creates an endlist list of bullshit charges, and puts me in jail.
Keep in mind he then fined me $220k while not getting me a lawyer, and placed me in jail for 75min. This is beyond infuriating to a new player on your server who is literally just trying to have fun. I'm currently not in game, cause I left after I was imprisoned for 75min I left in absolute anger and frustration.
Here is the list of RP rules he broke in 15min while being a power tripping prick. And yes that is exactly what this is.
Rule GR 1.1 All staff members are required to comply with established standards.
Rule 6.24 kidnapping a taxi driver.
Rule 1.8 Laws are wrote by the government and every state organistation should follow them.
Rule 1.11 All state employees are forbidden to search cars or people without role play commands or if there is not a role play situation. Rule 1.14 You have 25 minutes to put a person in jail starting from the moment of cuffing them. (If will be afforded presence of lawyer this time can be increased) | Demorgan 120 min. (On this I asked for a lawyer while at the hospital, I shouldn't have to ask multiple times)
Rule 5.1 All those state organisations can arrest a person if they suspected him of a criminal activity. What was my crime? Put in handcuffs while walking? Cop - "I asked you to stop." No he actually didn't listen to the audio.
Rule 5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason. No reason in game to request my passport, and yet I still did, and he still cuffed me again.
Rule 5.6 LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence - verbal warning. This shit so shady I'd bet there is no recording until he cuffs me.
Rule 1.2 It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnapp, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn Cop kidnapped me, period.
Rule GZ 2.2 Initial and public works: Truckers, Electricians, Sawmill, Farm 1-2, Bus workers, Taxi, Oil rig. I'm a Taxi Driver, thats GZ, I'm at the Hospital, that's also GZ.
Metagaming (MG) - Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character. e.g Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location. Inciting someone to metagame is also against the rules. This includes emoting information that other people have no reason to currently know - your / me's and /do's should not state what others cannot see, hear, touch, smell or taste. Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.
Ultimate and purest definition of Metagaming in this video, especially from the Hospital worker too.
Powergaming (PG) - Powergaming can be defined as performing acts that are not humanlike; forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance; making up things which did not happen so that you can benefit; roleplaying things which are not possible script-wise so that you can gain an unfair advantage. Roleplaying unrealistic things that wouldnt happen in the real world and not allowing others to react to your roleplay.
Humanlike to have a Cop arresting Medics and Cabbies at the hospital? Asks for my passport (the first time) places me in cuffs before I can even turn around to acknowledge him, or before I can even reply in VC. Making up things that didn't not happen, as I talked about above.
Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.
Provoking - Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them.
Unrealistic Behavior (UB) - Actions that are unrealistic or hurt the roleplay (RP) experience of other players are considered as Non-roleplay.
