At first he was, like any cop.. Over time he started to bend the rules. He would ignore stuff push suspects around and sometimes change reports to make himself look good. As time went on he got more confident. Started to do bigger things without getting caught.
He made friends with both crooks and cops. Always stayed one step ahead of everyone. To his bosses he seemed like an hardworking officer. To others he was someone you didn't want to mess with.
He thinks the law is a tool and he knows how to use it to his advantage. He is a police officer and uses the law for his own gain.
