Rejected 64148 1.1 Killing in GZ, Also PG

I was literally just doing donuts at PD, Keeping in mind the guy also had a taser, And my front glass was broken, He tried to say I tried to drive of which is why he killed me yet I didn't, I don't see how me doing donuts can grant him fair reason to kill me in GZ, Also keeping in mind you can witness him place spikes with a gun in his hand which would be PG (This was around 35 Seconds in the proof
