2.1- I have good experience in crime, with knowledge of every event. I lead multiple situations, including other events such as Store, Hostage, etc. With the skill I have to lead people, I am confident enough that I would be able to make the Bloods go wild in Los Santos.
2.2- I had done many events perfectly with my experience in the gang with precision. I had earned the respect of many gang members. So if I can be the leader of the Bloods, I will make the other State organizations be feared. I have the quality to develop precise strategies for every event.
2.3- I can make a gang where only active and highly motivated gang members are. With the qualities I had gained over these months as the gang's high command, I know I could lead the gang as the most successful gang that everyone would ever see. I would select my deputies not based on bias, but who have the knowledge about the rules and events. This would make the gang stable with my four deputies and me as the leaders of the gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Firstly, I would focus on recruiting new blood as soon as I become the leader, and focus on having a huge number advantage in all events. And I will make sure that people get to join with proper needs and rank proofs in the organization. This way, we can avoid favoritism, and everyone gets the chance to climb up the ranks and become efficient in leading events as well.
- Secondly, my priority would be to make the Bloods become a terrorist organization, and everyone fears the Bloods. The ghetto would be full of red and no one would dare mess with the Bloods.
- Lastly, I would make sure that we get the max spray bonus all the time and attend and host as many events as we can in the city.
