Life Story:
TheHigh is upcoming in this world. People never believe his name at first because it comes across as ridiculous and insincere. Here is the story of his name, so that you may understand him as a person. TheHigh's mother (Linh) was Vietnamese she moved to America in the year 2000 where she met and fell in love with TheHigh's father Jaun Jalapeno. The name Jalapeno had been passed down for 8 generations by Juan's family because they were Mexican jalapeno farmers, as such in the mid 1800s their family name became "Jalapeno". When Juan took over the business he started establishing business connections with salsa manufactures in San Antonio, TX. It was there that Linh and Juan met, fell in love, and started a family. TheHigh Jalapeno was born in the year 2005. During delivery there was complications with the birth and TheHigh's mother was fading and died shortly after. With some of her dying breaths she asked that her new son be named (Tea hái) Tea after her favorite drink, and hái after (harvest) she loved Juan's stories about Jalapeno harvesting and the work involved. She wanted her son to carry on his journey. As Teahái grew up, no one could pronounce his name and thus an Americanized version was born, at the age of 18 Teahái offically had his name changed to TheHigh Jalapeno.
He eventually moved to Los Santos at the age of 21 where he is currently working life as a taxi cab driver meeting new people and experiencing a city that existed only in movies and tv shows. The jalapeno farmers life was not cut out for him. Maybe in time he will move back to Mexico and take over that buisness, but for now, a cabbies life is his existence.
Behind his silly name is man of loyalty, honor, perceverance and integrity. He believe that karma comes around and goes around. He maintains a calm nature with everyone who is in his cab and has no enemies until they present themselves openly for their foolhardy ways.
Many organizations have tried to recruit TheHigh Jalapeno, but he loves cab life so much because of the people he meets and the stories he hears (or gets involved with behind the wheel.)
He has a few acquantinces and a close knit group of friends, but at the end of the day, he rides alone in his cab, staying to his business and that of his customers.
Maybe one day he will branch out and explore more that Los Santos has to offer, only time wil tell. He has always been curious about medical life and helping others.
Secretly TheHigh is a street racer, because of his cabbie knowledge and skill set behind the wheel he ventures out to gain clout in the club. His name is slowly rising not only in the club but also with his customers who appreciate his new love of Los Santos and helping people get where they need to go.

1. TheHigh is a skilled driver who is proficient in navigating all types of terrain, he has picked up passengers all over including the top of Mnt. Chillad. (No UB driving)
2. He is able to find and destroy bodycams using correct RP commands (only for personal gains)

4. TheHigh has a diagnosed behavioral disorder that makes him naturally blunt and unfiltered in conversations, he can be rude, very rude. Especially to indiviuals who try to abuse their postion on him in life. (No Toxicity, No OOC insults)
5. TheHigh grew up around love and money, but not the love of money. He ventured out on his own to see what he could accomplish without the generational wealth of his family. If needed, TheHigh Can take down 1 person in a fist fight to save his life ( No fear RP, only do this when there are no guns or weapons pointed)
6. Under pressure, TheHigh takes payment to keep his mouth shut; otherwise he just tells the next person about his life stories when they get in the cab.
7. TheHigh meets and recognizes lots of people and has repeat customers. He knows them by name and sometimes by clothing. (Will not break MG, by taking look at ID).
8. TheHigh is iconic with his red Dead Mouse headgear, glowing bright in the night as he drives around customers. He wears cloths with a hidden camera which records everything 24/7 and uploads it simultaneously to the glasses' SD card and doesn't need to refresh or turn on the bodycam. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using the internet (Like Leos Drone). The footage can be used to build any Case File in the Court of Law. He can use /me takes SD card out of the cloths hidden camera. and /do hands over the SD card to the person in front of him.
9. TheHigh because of his player knowledge and growing connections can offer illegal and legal organisations special information for bribes. (Up to $50k) (Will not be used in State Org)
