The organization that is conducting the event: San Andreas National Guards
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: Two San Andreas National Guard Soldiers was working as a deep undercover for the mission Vikrant carried on by the department of SASD of National Guards, it was a mission where they work in two different gangs each for 7 days, when everything was going great, the one factor they made wrong was trusting on a guy in the ballas gang and sharing all the plan to him when they were drunk, in return they were caught and the information was spread to all the other gangs of the ghetto, they both were taken as a hostage and when tortured to tell where is the evidence they told "The General has it all". The gangs had two choices, to kill them both or use them to get the evidence back, They even found out that they were special ranked officers and a great asset for the Army so the Gangs group up and make a plan to attack the Capitol in a thought that evidence casefile would be there and to keep Leos not to attack them they decided to keep the two solders as Hostage. When they Hold the Capitol and search for the evidence they don't find anything, then they think it would be kept under security at Federal Investigation Bureau HQ, So then they shift the Location to FIB, After searching the whole HQ they have found Nothing, Then they Negotiate One Hostage for the Location of the Evidence Casefile, The General has to save his Soldier so he reveals its hidden in FZ base, The Leos Now have a chance to defend the base and protect the evidence before the gangs reach if they fail the gangs destroy the evidences and also assassinate one soldier of the National Guard. Which will put a great impact on the state of Los Santos and San Andreas and on searching the Capitol and FIB the Backbones and the brain of operations agents crime they have all the plans which was going to be implemented against them and also the secrets which should have never got into the hands of gangs. The Leos have to protect their Nation and if they fail it may lead to National Emergency.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
State(FIB,NG,SAHP,LSPD,EMS,GOV): To protect all the evidences and to bring back the two soldiers safe. EMS: to provide medication during the whole event.
Crime(Ballas, Bloods, Vagos, Families): To Find out the evidences using the two Soldiers and Destroy them.
Other organizations involved:
State: LSPD,NG,SAHP,FIB,EMS,GOV.
Crime: Ballas, Bloods, Families, Vagos.
Admin Requirements: To convey the information to all the organizations involved, Help with the transports helicopters for the gangs, Remove green zone from FIB, Capitol and FZ Main barracks.
How is the event won? : If the state is successful to protect the evidence which is at FZ base They win, If the Crime is successful to destroy the evidence they win.
Prize for the winner: 6 Million distributed among the orgs which wins.
