Life Story:
Paco Barbadosa comes from a very poor background in terms of family income. Born in Seville, Spain, Paco learned about strugles, and tough situations at a young age. The only thing Paco knew was that there will be no help coming anytime soon and that he had to do everything by himself. Coming from a bad area with a lot of crime, corruption, and people who survive by breaking the rules, Paco learned to manipulate situations according to his needs. Although he didn't take part in such activities, Paco learned to see the reality behind the idealized world. With all the experiences, Paco managed to leave Seville and to create a new life. Coming from nothing, Paco showed great perseverance to become stable again. Thanks to his disciplined behaivour and knowledge, Paco managed to achieve stability, even if it cost him a lot of effort.

When Paco started working within state structures, everyone noticed the level of his discipline and composure. Paco stood out as someone with great experience and mature personality which enabled him to become a member of the USCPO after several years.
Being part of the executive protection unit, Paco became familiar with how politics works. Having witnessed many confidential moments, Paco started thinking differently about his work. Instead of seeing a job where one follows all the rules, Paco understood how important influence and access to some confidential information is. Different from other employees who often act rashly, Paco always acted patiently and made careful plans. Using his position, Paco began giving preferences to some people and sometimes received financial compensation for keeping silence. For others, Paco is a model employee, professional, disciplined, and reliable. Only Paco knows about the other side of his professional activity.
