Ahmed was born in Lahore, Pakistan. He was raised in the small streets where life was more important than ambitions. At the age of 10, Ahmed aspired to be a businessman, one who is influential and rich in money. He had a bad family background. His father was engaged in minor criminal activities and tended to go missing whereas his mother struggled to put food on the table. Ahmed was unable to go to school but he studied in the streets.
He began making deliveries to the local criminals and gradually learned the way power functions. His area had one teacher who saw him and attempted to mentor him into education. Ahmed attended school a short time and was taught basic skills, but when the teacher left him he reverted to the same atmosphere. This time deeper.
Ahmed started earning money by means of illegal transactions, petty fraud and contacts. In due course, he developed his network. He changed his life to a better one, transferred his family to a nicer house, yet his ways remained the same. He never cared about legal careers. According to him, weak people were the ones who needed rules. It later dawned on him that the only way to win his job and get protection was to join law enforcement, but on the inside to manipulate it rather than to administer justice.
Career Story:
Ahmed initially worked at SAHP not because he subscribed to the law, but because it provided an entry. Initially, he was disciplined, obeyed orders and was trusted by his seniors. However, it was all behind-the-scenes where he was already brokering deals, spilling beans, and developing ties with criminals.
His work performance appeared good on paper, thus he was promoted soon. He later joined LSPD to increase his reach after acquired sufficient experience. There he was very much engaged in corruption and he united with officers and criminals. However, when LSPD failed because of internal corruption, Ahmed took it as an opportunity, and not as a loss.
He shifted to GOV, played the system, remained low profile and built solid contacts with influential people. After the government term was over, he saw the new FIB Director appointed. He joined knowing that FIB would provide him with even more power and cover.
In FIB now, Ahmed works with complete authority and a badge as his armor and his head as a gun.

1 - Ahmed Kaliya can only break in prison using inside contacts, darknet or USB.
2 - Ahmed Kaliya is able to turn off or break surveillance devices, such as bodycams and radios, and locate concealed ones (/try 2 times per situation).
