The organization that is conducting the event: Lifeinvader
Event details:
Two corrupt NG Soldiers were caught holding a suspicious meeting with a dangerous Biker Gang to plan a massive terror attack on Los Santos. The deal involved a specialized van loaded with weapon samples and explosives.
Acting on a tip from a whistleblowing officer, a Lifeinvader journalist followed the van from the NG base. However, the journalist was spotted while recording the illegal exchange. A high speed chase started, with the Biker Gang and the corrupt Soldiers chasing the journalist across the city's highway. The journalist heads toward the SAHP Base, where LEOs previously alerted by Lifeinvader were ready to intervene. As the journalist’s bike passed by the base, the LEOs joined in. However, a disaster happened at a sharp highway turn, the journalist lost control and fell from his bike where he was quickly surrounded by Gang from one side and LEOs on the opposite side.
The recorded footage is encrypted and it can only be deleted throungh a Retina Scan of the journalist. If the footage isn't deleted within 10 minutes, it will automatically upload to the Lifeinvader Cloud, exposing the plan to the whole city.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs: Their mission is to intercept the Biker Gang at the crash site and must secure the area, negotiate for the journalist’s release, or use force to ensure his safety before the encryption window closes.
Biker Gang: They have to capture the journalist as a hostage and must hold the force so the journalist can perform the Retina Scan to delete the evidence within the 10-minute window to prevent the cloud upload.

LEOs: GOV/LSPD/FIB/SAHP/NG/EMS/LI
Biker Gang: Marabunta, Vagos, Bloods, Families, Ballas, 2 corrupt NG officers.

Admin Requirements:
Spawn the players in their designated areas
Spawn the designated vehicles
Give the designated weapons and armors to both teams after negotiation
Change the LEOs into: Suitable outfits
Change the Biker Gang into: Suitable outfits
Change the Journalist into: Suitable outfit
Rules of the event:
Car ramming is not allowed.
Healing is not allowed (Food/medkits only)
Juices/Drugs/Cocaine are not allowed.
No Abusing.
Don't blow up the vehicles.
How is the event won?
LEOs: If they successfully rescue the journalist and hold the position until the 10-minute timer expires so the data gets uploaded.
Biker Gang: If they maintain control of the journalist and successfully force the retina scan (by holding the position for 10 minutes without LEO interference) to delete the footage.
Prize for the winner:
$1.000.000 divided by the winners.
