Later on in life she was seen by a renowned psychiatrist and with a thorough examination was diagnosed as one of the worst psychopaths they had ever seen. They tried to keep her kept locked up and it worked for some time, until one day Bella got ahold of a knife from the kitchen and used it to slice her way out and made a run for it.
Rule Exceptions ect:
Bella being the very dangerous criminal she is takes more than the average gang member to take down, she may require 2 guns on her (or more if wanted for some fun rp assuming legal orgs agree with this ahead of time and are okay with that) 2 guns to be arrested or detained. She is extremely intelligent and can make quite a good run away when need be, she can require 2 cars with one person in one car and two in the other for a total of three officers to be stopped. Bella can kill within city limits where others may not usually be able to (this would be of course extremely rare and of course the person would have to agree prior to this to being killed in such a way). Bella is very persistent and may use /try up to three times in a situation but no more than that.
