I was given a warning and like 3 hours prison time for shaving someone's head whilst at the fishing event. I understand that this may be considered a greenzone locally, but I have had it happen to me multiple of times and also been killed in the fishing events outside of the pier (Which is labelled as a green zone). As all the fishing spots aren't marked as a greenzone, I wasn't aware that it was. However, I have gone on to check the rules and it states by "Mazhor" for the GZ rules that GZ 1.2 It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnap, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn this doesn't specifically mention head shaving, I understand that it comes under illegal actions within the interface gui but so does removing shoes etc. But to further validate my point, the listed greenzones doesnt specifiy that fishing events are part of green zone only the pier which this wasn't it was north of the map.

2.1 Government agencies: Central Hospital, Government, FIB, LSPD, SAHP.
2.2 Initial and public works: Truckers, Electricians, Sawmill, Farm 1-2, Bus workers, Taxi, Oil rig.
2.3 Enterprises: Car dealerships, Motorcycle dealerships, Boat sales, Air transport sales, Service stations, Shops 24/7, Clothing stores, Jewellery store, Parking spaces, Burger shop(marked on the map "B?", gas station, Construction site, Bar, and other private businesses.
2.4 Other: Lifeinvader, LS Airport, Licensing Centre, Trade Market, Stadium, Casino, Prison, Post Office, Auto Fair, Real Estate Agency, Recruiting Office, Weapon Assembly, Beach Gym, Resource Exchange Points, Purchasing Rooms, Bank, ATM, Fishing Pier , Residential complex, Black market, Bunker.
Therefore, I am not saying that it wouldn't be valid punishment if this was a listed green zone but it wasn't and nor does it state all fishing events are green zones, this makes the lines thin between what is allowed and what isn't making it very easy to mistakenly cross. If this had been clearly stated in the rules which are listen on the grand website then I wouldn't have even done it, but the wording and also the rules aren't clear in the GZ rules it doesn't mention hair shaving or shoe removing but both of those are classed as illegal actions in the gui.
