I have not personally experienced leading many organisations at a senior level, and during this time I have witnessed that most gangs do not demonstrate the necessary activity or are not managed as they deserve. I want to ensure this; I want to create a very good gang using my own experiences.

Another reason is that Marabunta has not been active enough in activities such as Store and HS, and has not performed as it deserves. I will rectify this and run it like a proper gang; I truly believe I can do this

Another reason is the lack of stability within gangs; almost no gang manages to complete even a single term. However, I believe I will succeed in this and build a stable Marabunta during this process.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I will offer more bonuses, which will encourage gang members to be active.
