About a week ago, Jonny Odds lifted my permanent ban, and initially, he couldn't see that ID 240196 was linked to Rockstar Games because I had previously changed the name and email address of that Rockstar Games account. Then, I sent Jonny more information via DM to prove it belonged to me. However, two-factor authentication was still enabled on the account, and I had deleted the account code, backup code, and everything else. To remove this, I opened two or three Technic forums, providing more information than was needed for Jonny to lift my ban. I also explained to him why this ID wasn't showing up on the Rockstar Games account. Despite all this, he still hasn't lifted my two-factor authentication and isn't telling me where I went wrong, what I entered incorrectly or incompletely, and I can't do anything about it. Please help.
